Installed in the Old Guard Rooms opposite a police station. Guard Rooms were the former main entrance and check point to the military site Gunwharf and harbour, now converted into the largest shopping centre of the region. With my work and installation I draw parallells to the many surveillance screens in the immediate neighbourhood. I show images of fenced off and inaccessible water edges and harbour areas;the photos were taken in Beirut, Hamburg, Bergen, London, their likeness - despite of their geographical distance - is haunting.
